Processing time

All orders take 3-5 business days to process before being shipped out. During the holiday season processing may take longer.

Rush and Expedited orders placed after 12 PM Eastern ship the following business day.

Delivery time = processing time + shipping transit time. For example, choosing an express shipping service does not mean you will receive your order the day after you place it.

How much is shipping?

Shipping prices for domestic and international orders are calculated at checkout. Add items to your cart and go to checkout to see the available shipping methods and their prices before you pay.

U.S. orders

  • USPS First Class Mail (2-5 business days): only shown for orders under one pound.
  • USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days).
  • USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days): signature required. Saturday delivery is not available.
  • UPS: options and delivery times are shown at checkout.

International orders

  • USPS First Class Mail (14-20 business days): only shown for orders under four pounds.
  • USPS Priority Mail (6-14 business days).
  • USPS Express Mail (5-10 business days).

International packages go through customs, which can add to delivery times.

How do I track my order?

Estimated delivery dates are available within 24 hours of your tracking number being issued. Once your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow your package.

Customs fees

All customs fees, taxes and duties on international orders are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control or predict customs charges. If customs holds your package, you will need to pay the fees to release it; if they are not paid, the package will be returned to us.

Customs authorities require us to state the order value on the package, and in rare cases they may delay delivery.

Lost or misdelivered packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, incorrectly entered addresses, or unclaimed or refused packages. Please contact the carrier with your tracking number for help locating your order.

Large items are shipped in sturdy boxes and small items in padded envelopes.
